Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking:

  • Credit/Debit Card — refunded to the same card used for payment.
  • Mada — refunded directly to your bank account.
  • Apple Pay — refunded to your linked payment method.
  • Bank Transfer — refunded to the originating bank account.
  • Tabby / Tamara — refunded through the respective provider.

How to Request a Refund
